New for 2023 the Tulum Beach Resort is the first luxury beach resort in Dakhla. This beautiful small hotel is on the Atlantic coast of the Dakhla Peninsula, a 10-minute drive to the lagoon for those that want to access the flat water lagoon side. This property will work best for those that want the facilities of a luxury beach resort in Dakhla, as opposed to the lagoon-side purely sports-focused bungalow-style properties.

You can kitesurf and wingfoil directly from the beach of the hotel in the open ocean, or reception will arranage an off-site kitesurf / wing foil school that will take drive you 10-30 minutes to various flat water kite spots around the lagoon. For wave lovers, the best wave spot in Dakhla is a 10-minute drive up the road. For windsurfers, we can arrange for equipment to be ready for you at a great spot just 20 minutes away.
