El Gonna is a great destination for a learn to Wingfoil Holiday, or for those looking to improve in easy conditions. Most of the spots in El Gonna have quite shallow lagoons, which work very well with a shorter mast; perfect for learning or those first runs 'on foil'. El Gouna is also an excellent destination to go with your family or partner, as there are good quality properties with on-site Wingfoil schools, lots of other activities in the resort, and some good places to eat out. 

Unlike some of the very large and commercial resorts (such as Hurghada), El Gonna is a more 'refined' experience. It is a proposed build closed of the resort, so holidaymakers always feel very confident to wander around the resort without any 'hassle'. 

The Gonna is also very popular with scuba divers and Kitesurfers. Windsurfing is only available at one center, so it is a bit more limited.
