This beautifully designed boutique hotel is located directly on the beachfront of South Prea. Crafted by architect Miguel Pinto Guimarães, its fluid curves and natural materials echo the coastal environment, blending sophistication with the local charm . The location is unbeatable: perched on Preá beach, a short stroll from the village centre and 15 minutes’ walk from Praia do Preá. It is a kitesurfing hotspot with on?site Duotone equipment, lessons and organised down?wind trips. From here you can also explore nearby lagoons, dunes and mangroves, or head to Jericoacoara in just 20 minutes by beach buggy. It offers intimate luxury, spacious suites with sea views, sports and spa amenities and outstanding dining.

It offers eight sea-view suites. The standard Double Room with Balcony and Sea View is around 60m², featuring a kingsize bed and can accommodate up to two adults. These rooms enjoy air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower or bath, minibar, coffee making facilities, safe, flat screen TV, sofa, desk, and a furnished balcony . The larger King Room with Sea View spans approximately 85 m², also sleeping two adults; it includes similar amenities plus generous terrace space and living area. There is also a Quadruple Sea?View suite, accommodating four guests, with balconies and the same thoughtful comforts

The hotel’s facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas, set in lush tropical gardens and overlooking the sea. A fully equipped fitness centre is available alongside a spa area featuring a steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi and a full menu of massages (head, back, foot, hand) . For leisure there is a dedicated playroom, board games, children’s club, plus tennis and beach tennis courts. Dining is centred on an on site restaurant that serves continental breakfast, lunch and dinner, with vegetarian, gluten free and dairy-free options, plus a bar and lounge where special diet menus, kid’s meals, wine cellar selections and minibar treats are provided.
